Ingredients and Elaboration
Ingrédients:
- 24 Asparagus.
- 2 l of water.
- Salt.
- Sugar.
- Olive oil.
- Maldon Salt.
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes.
Elaboration:
Peel the asparagus and cook with water and salt.
We will also add a pinch of sugar to counteract bitterness.
Cook them for 12 - 15 minutes, depending on the thickness.
Presentation
Just before serving, lightly toast the asparagus with olive oil. Do the same with the cherry tomatoes.
Finish the grilled asparagus with extra virgin olive oil and a little Maldon salt.
