OFFICIAL RULES — 3 CLAVELES x @ELMONOCHEF INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY
1. Organiser
This giveaway is organised by 3 Claveles through its official Instagram account, @3clavelesoficial, in collaboration with @elmonochef.
2. Territory, dates and eligibility
The giveaway runs from 7 July 2026 to 12 July 2026, inclusive.
People over 18 who live in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands and meet the requirements in these rules may enter.
Employees of 3 Claveles, people directly involved in organising the giveaway and their relatives up to the second degree of kinship are excluded.
3. How to enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow the Instagram accounts @3clavelesoficial and @elmonochef.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment on the giveaway post.
- Meet the other requirements stated in the post.
Only one entry per Instagram account is allowed.
The organiser may disqualify fake or duplicate accounts, accounts created solely to enter giveaways, or accounts showing signs of fraudulent activity.
4. Prize
The winner will receive a personalised professional case containing:
- 6 knives from the Cook range, with a choice of sizes or references from those available.
- 1 diamond honing steel (Ref. 01605).
- 1 case for 12 pieces (Ref. 01498).
The winner will also receive 3 months of free access to Monochef Academy.
The case and tools will be personalised with the winner’s name or, if preferred, the name of their restaurant, business or professional project.
Product references are subject to stock availability when the prize is prepared. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced with a different prize or transferred to another person.
5. Winner selection and verification
The winner will be selected at random through the Easypromos platform from all valid entries. Selection is provisional until the organiser verifies that the requirements in these rules have been met.
Verification of professional activity
The prize is intended for people working in a professional or semi-professional capacity in the kitchen, or who can demonstrate a regular activity involving intensive use of kitchen tools.
First, 3 Claveles will check whether the winner’s public profile shows content related to cooking, restaurants or another food-related activity that demonstrates this use.
If this cannot be verified from the public profile, the winner will be asked to provide enough information to demonstrate their activity. This may include work as a cook or chef, a culinary student, a food-content creator, a teacher or an equivalent role.
3 Claveles alone will decide whether the requirement has been met, using objective criteria related to the purpose of the prize. Once it is verified, the case will be personalised.
The winner will be contacted by direct message from @3clavelesoficial and will have 5 calendar days to reply and provide the requested information.
If the winner does not reply within the deadline, declines the prize, provides false information or cannot demonstrate that they meet the requirements, another valid entry will be drawn. This process will be repeated until a final winner is confirmed.
3 Claveles may publish the winner’s name or Instagram username on its official channels solely to announce the giveaway result.
6. Data protection
Personal data provided by the winner will be processed solely to administer this giveaway, verify eligibility, personalise the prize and arrange delivery, in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
The data will not be used for other purposes without the person’s consent.
7. Instagram liability release
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram in any way.
Participants release Instagram from any liability arising from this giveaway.
8. Reservation of rights
3 Claveles reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel this promotion if circumstances beyond its control or other justified reasons prevent it from being run properly. Any changes will be announced through the same channels used to promote the giveaway.
3 Claveles may also disqualify entries that breach these rules, use fraudulent or automated methods, or employ any other system intended to disrupt the normal running of the giveaway.

Entering this giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these official rules.
