To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement. You may do so by sending an email to comercial@buenohermanos.com, indicating the order number and the products you wish to return. You may also use the withdrawal form included in the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal and communicate your decision. Once you have communicated your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to return the products.

You will receive an email with the information required to process the return.

Exercising the right of withdrawal is not conditional upon the product being unused, retaining its original packaging or being in perfect condition for subsequent resale. However, the buyer shall be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The product must be returned adequately protected to prevent damage during transport. It is not necessary to use the same packaging in which the product was received, provided that the packaging used is suitable for properly protecting the product during its return.

The direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the buyer, unless Bueno Hermanos, S.A. has agreed to bear them or has failed to inform the buyer in advance that they must be borne by the buyer.

If the return is due to a product defect, a warehouse error or any other cause attributable to Bueno Hermanos, S.A., all return costs shall be borne by Bueno Hermanos, S.A.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Bueno Hermanos, S.A. shall reimburse the payments received, including the initial shipping costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered. Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method shall not be reimbursed. The direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the buyer, unless Bueno Hermanos, S.A. has agreed to bear them or has failed to inform the buyer in advance that they must be borne by the buyer.

Returns for which Bueno Hermanos, S.A. is responsible will be collected by Correos Express. Three collection attempts will be made. If collection is unsuccessful, the customer must arrange the shipment themselves, after coordinating with Bueno Hermanos, S.A.
