How to buy
HOW TO BUY
To place an order, browse the website until you find the product you want.
Once you have found it, click on it to view all the available details. From there, you can add the product to your basket.
Please ensure you have selected the correct size.
To view the products you have added, click on the basket. You can add new products, remove items or proceed to checkout.
If this is your first time shopping with us, you will be asked to register with your details, your email address and a password, which you can use to create and access your account.
If you already have an active account, you will need to enter your email address and password, and the system will recognise your details.
From your account, you can continue with your purchase and finally confirm your order.
Orders will be dispatched via the courier service Correos Express. Delivery charges will be added to your order before payment. Deliveries are only made to addresses in Spain (Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).
If you would like to receive an invoice, please request one before making payment.

Once you have accepted the terms and conditions of purchase and placed your order, it will be deemed to have been accepted. You will then receive an email confirming receipt of your order, and the contract between you and us will be formalised at the time the order is placed.
You may exercise your right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days.
Returns
Only products purchased at www.3claveles.com can be returned through this process.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to communicate your decision. Once you have communicated your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to return the products.
Exercising the right of withdrawal is not conditional upon the product being unused, retaining its original packaging or being in perfect condition for subsequent resale. The buyer shall be liable, where applicable, for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the buyer, unless Bueno Hermanos, S.A. has agreed to bear them or has failed to inform the buyer in advance that they must be borne by the buyer.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the payments received shall be reimbursed, including the initial shipping costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered. Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method shall not be reimbursed. The direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the buyer, unless Bueno Hermanos, S.A. has agreed to bear them or has failed to inform the buyer in advance that they must be borne by the buyer.
